Grace & Ease
CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, and other intuitive modalities helped me reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t known was possible. I felt calmer, clearer, and more at home in my own body.
This experience changed everything. I went on to train in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, learning how the craniosacral system influences the whole body. I studied how light-touch techniques can help release restrictions in the tissues and support the natural flow of cerebrospinal fluid. I also continued deepening my understanding of energy work, intuition, and how the body expresses what words sometimes can’t.
What I offer today is grounded in both training and lived experience. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to turn. And I know the relief that comes when the body finally exhales. My work is simply to hold space, listen, and follow where your body leads. Healing doesn’t need to be forced. It unfolds gently when it’s met with compassion, presence, and trust.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the craniosacral system: the membranes, connective tissues, and flow of cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. When tension builds within this system, it can affect the whole body.
How is CST performed?
Using light touch, I listen to the rhythms and patterns within your tissues. This helps me feel where the body is holding restriction, strain, or imbalance. From there, I gently support the body to release what it’s ready to let go of. CST never forces. It allows.
Sessions are quiet and deeply calming. You remain fully clothed. As the body unwinds, clients often feel a sense of spaciousness, clarity, or deep relaxation. Some experience emotional release, others feel physical tension dissolve. Every session is unique.
How does CST work?
The craniosacral system in which the central nervous system functions, consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord, extending from the bones of the skull, face and mouth down to the tailbone. CST works on the understanding that imbalance or dysfunction of this system can adversely affect the development and performance of the brain and spinal cord and contribute to sensory, motor and/or neurological disabilities.
CST can alleviate a range of conditions including:

The extremely light touch involoved with CST makes it a safe approach for people of all ages, including newborns.
What matters most is not the technique, but how your body responds. When given the right conditions, the body naturally moves toward balance.
Reiki translates as "universal" or "God-consciousness"(Rei) and "vital life force" (Ki) and all living things have this life force energy circulating through it and around it, from plants to animals including people. Reiki is not a religion however it is spiritual in nature.
How does Reiki work?
Because Reiki is guided by God-consciousness, it can never do harm. It always knows what a person needs and will adjust itself to create the effect that is appropriate for them. Reiki is a channeled healing with energy flowing through the practitioner to the client. It raises the vibrational level of the energy field with positive energy to where negative thoughts and feelings have attached, causing them to break apart and fall away, leaving clear, straight pathways for the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.
What can I expect from a treatment?
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radience that flows through you and surrounds you. Reiki treats the whole person, body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many benefical effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
Chakradance™ is a transformational movement healing modality. With a unique combination of meditation, music, movement and art specifically designed and composed with the attributes and frequency of each chakra in mind, Chakradance™ will change your life.

How does Chakradance™ work?
Based in Jungiaan psychology and with the power of the beautiful music, specificaally composed to the correct frequency of each chakra, guided imagery and allowing our body to freely move as it needs to, we shift negative energies attached to us, whether it be phusical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
With eyes closed, wearing an eye mask or gaze lowered, we access the inner world more easily, allowing for deeper healing. With the creation of the mandala artpiece we gain more insight into our experience.
This is not performance or choreography. It’s movement as healing. Movement that lets the body express what it holds. Movement that helps release tension, restore balance, and bring you back to centre.
Each class gently guides you through different themes connected to the body’s energetic and emotional landscape. Through music, meditation, and intuitive movement, you begin to soften, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt tight, hidden, or overwhelmed.

With fairytales reflecting todays world, gently guided movement to specifically composed music and art, children develop a sense of being and belonging while doing their most important work; play!

By using modern day fairytales, movement, music and art, Chakradance™ Kids helps children to connect with their bodies and emotions in a fun and engaging way. Along with chakra philosphy, meditation and breath awareness, children have the space where they can truly discover who they are.
